Coverage	Delamination and Sanding Remedy Repair or replace the defective panels Reimburse the builder or contractor for up to 2 times the reasonable cost of sanding
Exclusions	Misuse or improper handling Secondary treatments Damage from storage, transport, installation or maintenance Acts of God Damages caused by persons other than Huber Engineered Woods Termites or other wood organisms including mold or mildew
