Huber Engineered Woods Patent Infringement Lawsuit Settled
Specialty building products manufacturer Huber Engineered Woods LLC (“HEW”) has achieved a negotiated settlement with Georgia Pacific Wood Products LLC (“GP”) in the patent infringement lawsuit filed by HEW in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina (Huber Engineered Woods LLC v. Georgia-Pacific Wood Products LLC, Civil Action No. 3:16-cv-399).
